to there and back again and again

I am currently in chapter Vl and have not seen "to there and back again and again". Does it start after this chapter? How do I get it started?

You get that achievement upon finishing Act VI.  You get a free dark/light weapon shortly afterwards but it's not likely to have 6 open gem slots so most player jump to a vendor that sells the weapons boxes (ie.  Grand Harvest village wheel of fate npc).
