You can only take 30 charms per attempt, so you need to stay at the PC most of the time.

 

It only takes charms (or a few more if bundled) one by one, slowly.

 

When the charm is taking out, you cannot do anything else. Not even cancel the taking-out process. Good luck finding yourself some sources of entertainment meanwhile.

 

And we still have transmutation to deal with.
