Accidentally salvaged my MSP 6 is there anyway to get it back?

You can always farm MSP raid again in hopes of it dropping, or visiting the vendor and purchase one with lunar twilight flowers and moonlight crystals iirc.

in msp, which you can enter in zaiwei in the south dungeon "district", it is called midnight sky planes for a reason ;) I really like it there

It depends on the class you're playing however, if you think you can get BT ss/are close to completing it you could always skip it. Piece 6 is health and accuracy, which really isn't important until you get towards endgame raids.
Maybe consider how important the 8-piece set bonus is for you/your class?
