Scammer?

Someone by the name of [edited] with an account name of [edited] has been spamming my chatbox with this message "GM1:Hi,System update compensation, please login:[edited] receive 100Gold,Frozen StingerX200,800-Ncoin" Thought I'd mention it as I'm thinking it might be some scam to hack accounts and I'm not sure if there is any means of reporting for that. I have some screenshots but can't figure out how to send those.

I had the same case 2 weeks ago. You can report that in Blade and Soul Support  :)
