Can i get perma-ban from NCSoft or not~

I live in Russia. I know it's terrible. But I have a very important question. Does it make sense to play here to get ban in a year .. and lose all the progress.
I hope the administrators will notice me and they will be able to provide me with reliable information, is there any chance that I will be banned simply because I live in a bad country.

I don't think they will ban you only cause you play from Russia as long as you don't break any ToS etc. you should be just fine. But to be 100% sure maybe you should ask one of them on Twitter or write to support.

No,you can even use VPN to improve ping.
