Dragon Certificate (no more drop or bug )

anyone noticed that you can't get dragon certificates anymore ?! it's supposed to drop from silverfrost heroic dungeons and it's used at arena merchant for soulstones , I contacted Support they said they'll send the issue to the developing team but they can't presonally email me about this issue !

We have reported the issue regarding the inaccuracy of the Dragon Certificate tooltip description in all languages. I can't say for sure when it will be fixed in-game however but it's something that is being looked at right now.
