Bugs on new patches?!?!

I just want to know if the so called "GMs" ever tested out the new patches before they launch it to the public? I have started to play this game since last summer. Last year, there were very few bugs whenever they launched new contents/patches.

 

However, with recent patches (starting in February this year?), more and more bugs are coming. Did they change the GMs/Devs in NA/US region recently or they simple cut the number of staffs for this game?

 

Just using this current patch as an example, how can they release the story line quests by accident? If they ever did tests on the patch, this would never happen.

 

From now on, before releasing anymore new contents, they should fix all the currents bugs in the game first. It also gives some time for players to catch up with the content.

if they would test things before release, we would not have same issue over and over.

Things get fix then you get same BS on next patch.
