u are able to but the ice weapon chest from the merchant in cold storage
that appears right after u kill winter mane

The cold storage weapon "Ice Sword/Gautlent/Bangle/etc"

can only be dropped by the boss, and does not have a weapon box at all.
it seems unfair for people who went baleful to have a guaranteed soulstone weapon from merchant,

versus seraph players who have to farm a boss that only drops the weapon from his loot box that also has a low drop rate. was this intentional? :(
