Its a known bug and will be fixed ASAP.

I don't think people with less than 700ap should join nf but also that shouldnt be up to the game to decide.But it would make lfg so much safer specialy if they do this for ec and dt since people with 450-550 won't be able to join.meh just a thought I had.
