This seems to be an issue with the proper textures loading. I would suggest repairing your client and making sure your video card drivers are up to date.

I actually experience the same but its really inconsistent when it happens, and mostly it happens when i use the Summoners Z skill, then after i pass a portal to load to a different zone the issue is gone for a few days / weeks then just randomly shows up again. A client repair does not fix this as i tried it already.

After death, escape or re-entering the dungeon, the texture bugs were gone.
