yes but what is it? army of penguins? fireworks? umbrella? cash? a cup of coffe? bundle doesnt tell me what it has inside

Pretty sure it's just pumpkin candies, fireworks, and a weapon box.  Don't think anything special or else they'd probably say that in the newsletter.

i did sub to the new and i did sent 2 tickets and NO reply in 24h... what a horrible supports... i think i just quit now cuz my lvl is not high enough to farm these candies :(

I assumed it would be obvious once I redeemed the code, but no, the website didn't tell me how to claim it. 

 

Then I figured it would be obvious once I logged in to the game on a character. Nope. I looked in the store, etc., and couldn't find it.

 

So: how do you claim your Halloween bundle, after you've redeemed the code?

No, it wasn't in my in-game mail, if that's what you mean. (Nor in my RL e-mail, if that's what you meant.)

For those curious, you only get 6 pumpkin candies, 1x pumpkin weapon box, and 10x pumpkin fireworks. 

 

Reminder that it takes 5 candies to transmute for a chance of 1-5 jack o lanterns. 

 

So it's a nice gift but not necessary to farm outfit :)
