Does the ''Infinite Challenge'' still drop ?

Hello so I am farming whole weak the Infinite Challenge outfit but still no drop. When I look in wardrobe it says you can get it by transmuting outfits..but thats pretty weird to me .- . So..does it still drop ? Am I really that unlucky ?

It always had a horrible drop rate. It has a chance to drop from naksun only there.

Not the Naksun in Mushin floor 15 though!

 

You can get it after you encounter him for the first time, in the Dreadtide arena. I think some people said the drop rate has become better, but I don't know for myself since I did not like the outfit enough. ^_^'
