WTF account block

I have start new and fresh account i have been playing for 3 days reached lvl 15 and used many Ncoins on 5th day i was blocked i didnt even done anything but i am blocked i dont see any other way anymore i have create this new account again if i get keep on getting block then my money and my gaming life is over.
