I need help please! (Game freezing on startup)

So i am running into a really frustrating issue. After i log into my account and hit play, the game will completely freeze my computer on the blade and soul logo right before it actually starts running the game. I tried reinstalling, disabling some stuff (not to sure what exactly), and updating my drivers, but to no success. Please if someone can help id be grateful!

What's your pc configuration? It seems to be some issue with graphical adapter or maybe your pc isn't enough powerful to run the game

Can you also specify:

 

1. Which OS you are using? (if you have windows 10, did you install the new Anniversary Update?)

2. Do you have skype / discord running when you start the game?

3. Do not update, do a new re-install of your drivers.
