Haven't played sin in a while, didn't this use to give chi/focus?

It does give you  

 

However "Lighting Pierce" on the other hand costs you 1 chi so don't confuse those 2 (you get lightning pierce if you put 2 points on the right tree of "F" and if your RB is criting you will cast lighting pierce instead of crash).
