Am I doing something wrong here??

I was trying to start a new achievement which asked for consuming a Golden Revitalizer, I consumed the Hongmoon Golden Revitalizer  since i couldn't find any other "golden" revitalizer in-game but i didn't gain credit for it in the achievement requirements. Can someone explain or tell me if it is a bug or where to find the correct item please? I think it has to be the crafted one not the hongmoon one.

Hongmoon one doesn't work for it.

Oh ok, I couldn't find it in the marketplace either so sigh :(
