If FM is so strong like everyone says, why are there so few in arena diamond?

FM has the fewest number of players in arena 1v1, only more than BM and warlock. 

 

When I ask people if FM is strong then answer is always yes.

They're strong when you know how to play them, like any class. But they're as hard to master as BM.

FM in arena are only strong with HM skills, FM lack in cc and can't block/counter (number 1 is garbage) but with HM skill the things change, but anyway, FM are very weak compared to others classes, destroyer with stunlock + ani cancel/or macro, kfm with macro, summoners, BM full block/reflect, BD full spin/reflect, all this classes can rekt fm, fm have aways a hard time in pvp, and with high ping is way much hard, and cmon, its arena, full of bots, some fm with low ping some hablity and LUCKY can reach diamond, just fight some bots destroyers, bot summoners, 2/3 real players, and gg, some have more lucky, some don't, arena is not balanced and not competitive.

I think most people meant them being op in pve but in arena they're pretty damn strong in the mid tier and low tier league. I would imagine melees in the higher tier knowing more tricks to counter the range effectively.

would you say summoner is better for pvp then? both now and when we catch up to kr?

Summoner lack in good HM skills, thats the only balance the game give against summoner, lv 45 and 50 its the same, just more skill points, the balance are the HM skills (more and more will be unlocked and more hard to obtain) FM have good HM skills, mostly for low ping fms (fm are fast combo class, ofc high ping can play fine, but to put it in perspective, low ping vs high ping fm, the low ping win, only if the high ping are better they can win, but the advantage are high just by the ping) ofc others classes like BD and BM will be strong a hell, but FM in overall will have more survive habilitys to try win, at the end, class balande change nothing, HM skills change (which are the skills the class balance nerf or improve)

cause the summoner bots are at the top ( at least on EU)....
