Decreases defence for 10 seconds.

 

That´s totally superflous. How is a non-existant defence going to benefit from a 50% defence decrease?

It makes sense, that the skill description is wrongly translated. And alot of them are.

Oh I thought that meant:

 

1) You cannot use block/parry/decoy = Disables Defence

2) You deal more damage because enemy defence rating decreased by 50% = Decreases defence

The cat grapple doesn't disable tab, I can use it just fine. 

I'm playing Destroyer and this bug never happened to me. Maybe it's only for Assassins.

That would make more sense, - or that you can´t escape would also make more sense.

 

However, defence is defence. Obviously there´s a translation error someone.

Excactly my point. There´s obviously a translation fail.

 

When you know the skill is wrongly described, it isn´t really too far fetched to suspect that the "disable defence" actually means "disable escapes". It makes alot of sense - at least to me.

Well, it doesn't disable escapes. At least not for Destroyers.

How about when a cat jumps you during the shield?

That never happened to me before. I could always use Tab to escape. It happens very rarely though that I get grabbed by the cat, so I might have just missed it.

Not very surprising. Usually summoners would knock you down with Entangle the very instant you put it up, so it takes some control to Power Pource it.

Go to Arena Lobby and do some sparring.

Many things for FM are wrong. As for the describtion it's telling lies. And I am not crying. Many skills in description are wrong when it comes to afflict debuffs. Its different in actual fights.

I am using the german version of the game but it's broken or false translated.

 

And again for summoner, any defensive-malus and skill disables are not activated for the grapple from the cat, so you can use your tab escape.

It's greyed out once the cat uses his scratch (Roughly 1,5 seconds).

If you have reflexes like a statue you won't be able to get out.
