Gold spammer using system chat....fix ASAP

The chat on mushin is being reset every few seconds due to a gold spammer using system chat.... please fix this

its just a long chat of empty space, scroll up and block the user :)

Why not? Caps is considered Shouting, and my text is a shout out to everyone that is stupid enough to think that the bots could actually take over the system chat. lol.

its not system and at least they arent doing shit like this, had to extend my chat box to the max size just to block this guy.
