HM Secret Technique

Just wondering where you find these HM Secret techniques, preferably the breeze and the ones before the newest update, because i'm stuck and not sure where I can find them all. Any help would be appreciated :)

You can only unlock Lightning Draw at the moment. You can unlock form 4 by using Royal Zen Bean from zen bean trader, to unlock other forms you need an item from 4-men BSH.

Can you explain that? The left one is amazing for pvp with 10k crits, middle one gives a huge AOE burst. What is worthwhile to you?

Hes likely a PvE player. Lightning Draw isnt really an ideal choice for most at first glance and honestly I thought the same thing when someone told me it was Lightning Draw. worthless. Look at the skills though and youll see under the right conditions its going to be your biggest dps skill for awhile. Sure the cooldown goes from 36 secs to 45 seconds which I very much so dislike but ultimately itll be a clincher skill. Itll either seal the deal on a close match or demoralize your enemy into making mistakes cause "holy crap whered my health go, better play safe".

It's still extremely strong in pve. Stage 2 puts it on par with your other big cooldowns(blade call/5 point).

 

I imagine he picked up stage 4, which does indeed suck for dumping 2 skill points into it. If the damage was scaled up from 1 to maybe 3 and it also disabled enemy defensive skills for 6-8 seconds after the explosion, that'd be something. But a 1x skill that's a 3 second knockdown is really meh.

Stage 2 is OP in pve, specially when soloing stuff just gives additional HUGE dmg to our burst...
