Umm I kinda am in need of help

I have problem,every time i open my game I input my password and enter the launching screen,and I wait,now normally that would last a couple of seconds or a minute,I tried today to log in a couple of times but it would allways block on the launching screen like the second screen after the one where you input your e-mail and password and then close on itself I think crashing.Any help?

Well, you could try restarting your computer, closing out of all apps, etc.

 

If that doesn't work, I would send a ticket to NCSoft Support and they should get to you quickly.

This is where you go to send it, just let them know your issue. Personally, they usually get back to me within an hour or two, but sometimes they do take longer, especially since it's the weekend. D:

do you have antivirus running that may be causing an issue?

turn it off and see if that helps. If it does...you may want to find out which ports this game plays on, and manually allow those ports through your firewall.
