I got exactly same problem since 1.50 EST. Cannot login.

My friend from Italy got Disconnect too, but he login again later.

And another one Boston,NA did login successfully.

It's been 1 hour, and Im just watching them playing in Blackram.

We're actively looking into the issue, however, if any of you can provide the following details, it'll help us track down the issue a lot faster:

  • What country are you connecting from?
  • Are you attempting to connect to NA or EU game services?
  • What is the error you are experiencing?
  • What does your trace route look like?
    • For EU: 206.127.158.1
    • For US: 64.25.39.1

3.The Launcher says "Login failed (42). Please try in a few minutes again."

4.Set PW and Email -> Enter-> Then... The Launcher says "Login failed (42). Please try in a few minutes again."

The "Login" Falied bevor Pin-Code putting in.

I am in NA trying to connect to Soha server in NA. I get error saying maintenance is underway. I am attaching a screenshot.iOn9x0X.png?1

I'm having login issues as well, but not in the launcher. I can launch the game, but once I select my character to play I get the message "Unable to connect to server.Please try again later".

I'm connecting from Brazil to NA server (Mushin)

 

Edit: I should also note that I cannot create a new character.
