Seeing as to how you old this processor is with the amount of cores, don't expect high FPS.

 

It is playable nonetheless. So keep your expectations low and you'll have a great time.

Like everyone has stated most likely you can play but dont expect to enjoy full graphics and good fps not even medium graphics. This version of game is badly optimized and having these poh24 / blackwyrms my fps drops to 10-25. Most likely you cant even do blackwyrm properly due how much theres going on even characters disabled.

 

Also setup im running

i7 6700k

GTX 970

16GB ddr 4 2400mhz.

And cant get stable 120 fps with this game. Like i said early on in Pohoran 24 and Blackwyrm my fps just drops to 10-25.

Your processor isn't the greatest, and 730 is a lower graphics card. Even the 750 wont run it perfectly, but the 770 + will.
