I am sure you guys are literally FLOODED with support tickets, but I wanted to thank you personally and publicly for replacing my Heavy Metal Weapon Skin Box from my Master Founder's Pack that I lost because I did not know weapon skins were one-use only. It appeared today in my in game mail, and I safely stuffed it away in my bank until i decide to use it.

Yea they were super nice about getting my NCoin refund since I rerolled from Mushin as well. I finally got it last night.
