Best server for SEA player

Hi guys, I'm player from South East Asia and want to ask which server is the best for me to play (low ping and still can talk in english)

There's no difference for any servers you choose because all of them are in NA. Playing with 200-220 ping from Malaysia with WTFast.

is Kill Ping or Battle Ping a better ping booster for EU server? I'm from Malaysia here. Or any other suggestions?

SEA and you wanna aim for western client? Please don't, you'll only hurt yourself, opt for KR, TW, CH or JPN instead.

I really don't know the point playing on NA/EU when they are from other half around the Globe! Using third party reducing ping program then got ban, come and complains, got account un-locked then get lock again few days later...Also at 200 ping you're pretty much can't do shit in PvE nor PvP so What's the point?

Because the game is in English and we can't understand moonspeak. The only server with english patch is the Russian server and that server is like years behind.

If you play on English server then please SPEAK ENGLISH in chat and don't be like those peoples keep spamming chat in their native language! It's just plain rude.
