Pack Buy 24.99 USD .. The package offered 20,800 Rank .. my rank are not

 

 Ncsoft, as a player of their old game, I totally lack respect for such a big company. I never received sometime that I buy. I bought premium (I think he mean founder pack) and I have 20800 NCcoin. I used my NCcoin to buy the premium status and it is useless. It is wrong that campny did not fulfill the agreement especially when money is involved. I demand compensation. How could I paid $24.99 and I have to wait 40 minutes each day to enter a server. What logic is that?

TLDR: Either, he is angry that when he bought premium he has to wait 40 minutes each day to enter servers or he never received the character slots that he bought. 

 

PS: It is difficult to understand what he is saying, I decided to decipher it because I got some free time due to the queue (Non-Premium)

Ok i will answer that in spanish: Los rank points NO SON COINS PARA COMPRAR ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA son para subi de nivel tu premioum (los niveles de premium van de 1 a 10) cada rank necesita cierta cantidad de de rank points para avanzar a la siguiente, los puntos se obtienen comprando cosas en la cash shop, o los packs de founders.. si te fijas en la cash shop (f10) en la aprte inferior derecha dice:

NCoin           XXXXX

Hongmoon coins          XXXXXX

* Rank X             aca van tus rank points

 

Nuevamente reitero, los rank points que venian en los pack son para subir de leven tu rango de premium NO SE PUEDE COMPRAR NADA CON ELLOS.

As i got it (yeah.. not even clear on spanish) he was complaining about ncsoft didnt give him premium points to buy things from the cash shop, so i guess he misunderstood what rank points are, confusing them with Ncoin, so i just explained what are premium points for and how diferent they are from ncoin/hongmoon coins.

Te quivocas, los rank points son UNICAMENTE para subir el nivel de tu premium..... el 0/20.800 quiere decir que tienes CERO puntos y que necesitas 20.800 para subir de nivel tu premium (Esto quivale a 2.8k de NCoin o Hongmoon coins), las unicas curency con las que puedes comprar items de la Cash shop (f10) son NCoin (donacion-dinero real) o hongmoon coins (se obtienen en el juego... pero por ahora solo puedes obtener 118 del daily dash) te invito a revisar la cash shop y darte cuenta de lo que se necesita para comprar items alli.

Como era de esperar fue thiking que los puntos de rango eran una especie de moneda para la tienda de dinero en efectivo, por lo que sólo señalando que no es.

compre 1 slot para personaje y me dieron 4000 rank point, digamos que al llegar a los 28,800 subire a rank 2.. los cuales me traeran beneficios en el vip cuando lo active.. ya estuve leyendo bien y lo entendi perfectamente.. Lo que no entiendo bien es el tema de los  hongmoon no se de que se trata eso, pero intentare averiguar. muchas gracias por tu explicacion

en este momento no sabria decirte ya que en nuestra version del juego aun no tenemos forma real de conseguirlas, la unica es por el daily spin y solo da una moneda :/
