do u know where to find him im already at the building where he's supposed to be but his not there..or did i miss a quest or item?

You don't actually get the quest until a certain point, I can't recall what level. Mid to late 20s iirc.  There are two quests. The first one requires the Dragon Bone Inscription which drops from the Golden Deva Wheel. The quest that comes after that requires a Serpent Calling Bell, which can drop from literally any mob on any Cinderlands map.

He's on top of the building, which may be the part that's getting you. You have to glide over from the hills to the south.

he generaly likes high places... you should allways look for him in the highest place on each area :D

Make sure you have the item that he requests. If you don’t have the item in your inventory he wont appear.

There is a little girl NPC on a ridge. Let’s say you’re facing him like directly in front of him, its behind you just have to walk up the cliffy area. Once there you dragon run and jump, and glide to him.

You can also get to him by jumping onto the broken house with the enhanced jumping with running.

Then glide over after oding another enhanched jump.
