special ed is there to help children learn at a slower pace.

there is 3 types of student heirarchy

Gen. Pop

Advanced Special Ed (students with the ability to learn)

Mentally handicap (students that eventually graduates from high school that will end up abandoned in a mental hospital)

let me tell you something

a mental hospital is a prison, prison for your mind. invisible handcuffs on your mind

just kill the handicapped person then to let the mental hospital torture them and experiment on them
