  4. Greetings, Sorry to hear that your account was compromised, you can find a good summary of what to do along with some good security tips here. Once you have submitted a ticket Customer Service will be able to help you recover your account. Personally I would advise that you scan for malware on your computer and then change all of your passwords for something you have never used before as soon as possible. Hope that helps.

    Hi, It looks like your account has been compromised. If I was you I would use a tool like Malwarebytes to scan your PC for anything that shouldn't be there, then I suggest that you change the password on your email account to something you have never used before, and consider using the mobile authenticator if you can. If you cannot log in to your account you can still submit a ticket by sending an email to support@bladeandsoul.com Hope that helps.

There's a few things you can do to help right away, the first would be to change the password on your email account to something you have never used before, and consider using the mobile authenticator if you can.   24. Hi, Race change isn't currently available, it is something we are discussing but currently there are no plans to implement it. It's definitely on the suggestion list though, so if anyone feels strongly about it we encourage you to let us know!
  25. I don't believe there are plans for this item to let players move costumes between accounts, but it's an interesting suggestion! The current plan is to let players move costumes between characters on their own account.
