Probably any server with a high population should be great for pvp. Mushin, Poharan, and Jiwan that I know of so far. Come to Poharan ;)

of the 3 you've mentioned, Jiwan seems like the one least likely to have queue times. or the lowest queue, rather. But now I'm reading that it's the unofficial RP server? Sigh, i made such a boss Gon already...
