Has anybody here created a support ticket and received a reply?

Been waiting since Friday for customer service to reply to a ticket regarding some missing Master Pack items. Yet, I just found out on reddit regarding the update that broke the game that peeps issued a ticket 30min ago an already received a reply? Wtf?

I also want to ask are we supposed to get all the advertised Extended Booster Pack items and well, Premium Points? Cannot start game yet to verify but definitely missing the Master Founder Pack's 50 Dragon Trading Pouches.

I sent a ticket and got a good reply moments later. 

Though, it was an easy problem to fix.

please note that your points will automatically convert into "Rank 2" in the Hongmoon Store.
