Nope that didn't work.  I also completely disabled my AVG virus program, that did nothing either.  I had no issues playing the beta until now.  Weird, I really haven't done anything or changed anything since playing the beta.  I will wait till tomorrow and see just how many other people are having the same issues.  It's almost 2 am here where I am.   I am going to bed now and will check back tomorrow.  If I keep having issues I may try uninstalling and reinstall.  But I have a feeling its an error that is not on my end.

 

It's not even letting me send a report on the error.

im having the same problem. ive done everything i can think of and nothing. support isnt answering me and im lost.

To solve your problem , go to the directory when you installed the game then /patch and find the file  FileInfoMap_BnS_CBT_11.dat.zip  then remove it and run your launcher again , worked for me .

Ok so the CBT launcher I assumed would update for headstart, so should I uninstall the launcher that I was given when I bought the initiate pack and then re-download the client?  Also is the new download link somewhere besides my account?  I am looking at my account it has all my NCsoft games download links except for the Blade and Soul game.  So I am unsure as to where I would get the correct download link.

Ok so you know for a fact that this is the correct download link?  I bought the initiate pack.  I was given a code back in October when I played in the CBT.  Anyway, should I just uninstall the CBT one I have or leave it while I download the one you gave me?  Sorry but I am not real techy here.
