There is no exploit involved. People reported this to the support in tickets, they were told it's under investigation and yet nothing happened. This means there was nothing wrong about it. You messed up the price. Nothing was bugged, nothing was broken. The vendor used your own prices changed in the patch. If you are stupid enough (or incompetent) to not bring down the server or hotfix it, then maybe it's not a good idea to blame players and punish them when they start having fun in your scamcenter. I'd call it casino but you can actually cash out there and take something of value home. Maybe it's finally time to review what kind of updates you get. I know it sounds like a lot of work but hey, that's how it goes. The fix you got is equally hilarious. You remove the most useless part of the gains which are (some of) the outfits, some Designer Threads and roll out 3-7 day bans. If you would be a tiny bit competent or know how in-game stuff works, you would have removed both the tiger and the fish pet from Ped Pod transmutation at least. You are also talking about removing their gold gained from it, which you cannot possibly determine by any means. Which gold? The one they have? The one they invested? The one they traded back to their main account? The one they got from flipping Pet Pods? The one they got from selling Soulstones? At this point I don't even think you have a clue about people doing this event on a brand new alt account, which you won't track back because you are either lazy or incompetent once again. You act like an angry 4 year old who got his sand castle ruined by the waves. Roll out your bans and think about how to run a game service.

@Nagisa Yuki archer unable to use Q-E while having someone in target who is not in line of sight. Basically you cannot ever QE if you target some1 on WW if they are on the other side of the brazier. Same on beluga with statues and spawner

Hi Naruto! Thanks for the detailed post. Few questions regarding this: - Can we upgrade "old" accessories after the update to swap element or it's only available to items upgraded prior the patch? - For how long will we be able to use this feature? - What happens to the psyches added on accessories?
