last [forced] duo Amasa/Amayun didn't find much love. Same as Lab. Not much fun when you are forced to play with ppl who refuse to learn/execute mechs or fail them intentionally

umm, not a bug though. They removed chances to farm SoulStones, so it is more a supply and demand thing here.
Still remains an issue which is also discussed in this forum and ignored ^^

Since @Green Storm bailed out and left @Primali in charge, I can only assume the issues adressed have not been passed along.

- We still haven't received the 7 day premium from the previous event - this has not been addressed.
As mentioned several times: This item is a remnant of the past - 2021 to be exact - and was never updated. Wether we get 1 or multiple 7-day prem is happening is still up for us to see. Sheer fact we could buy multiple iterations was confusing.
Item - and its details - are old items, so I wouldnt be surprised if we dont get any premium at all.

- People who claimed Soul Boost in the first week did not receive the Starcross bracelet - this has not been addressed.
Not sure if NC fixed it yet, but individuals MUST ticket in with support. Else they might not find every last one. However hence sky stealer some of supports tools are broken according to ticket support themselfs I wouldn't bring my hopes up and start farming brace instead.

- Stage 1 of Soul Boost now gives 1000 soul shield piece 8 - this has not been addressed.
Saw that, but I dont see any issue with it. Powder is dirt cheap anyways.

- Completing the Soul Boost is said to give a +6 of all the Starcross accessories, but there are not enough materials included to accomplish this - this has not been addressed.
- Completing Soul Boost is said to give the Supernatural Pet Aura Evolution Stone, but this is not included - this has not been addressed.
- Completing Soul Boost is said to give the Allegiant Heart Evolution Stone, but this is not included - this has not been addressed.
Completing stage 2 of mega soulboost will. Questionable if we even get that.

- The Login Rewards have been missing since the patch - this has not been addressed.
As mentioned, Green seems to be absent. So I assume we are not getting anything since we dont actually have content to play rn. Next login rewards should continue with next patch which was delayed for Feb and will come March 8th now instead.

then its just me xD I [as doing the quest] felt like I did it before. Yet I never bothered with questletters for roughly 2 years now, so I went ahead to test on my chars and only was avaible forbard.
Then again once can't rule out that it worked on all classes before. No idea what files been shipped.

k, so you struggle with 2 dungeons. so let us go from there are look into them.
Altar 5: iframe on "wipe" since you dont heal enough
Lab5: dont get infected/tubed. change site if infected. point out when tubed. never leave a boss alone
didnt read you have no def, but that time does cap out on you?
as a group of 4 you'd need 17kk dmg on altar (18.2kk lab) which will soulboost provide. if you try to go by yourself, I can see why lab caps out on time, hence boss will receive shield when not attended (the one which is attended will get the shield).

if Green wouldnt have other game-breaking issues to correct, Id tag. But hence it is "only" an weapon skin, we might even get it with next patch and smh just alr got the .png ingame. might confirm that if nobody actually has it.

if (on bard) I check the preview I get invalid item. this you can fwd to support or show that same happens on your end.
voice lines can be recorded on video, too. just think you have to explain their game to them.

after ticket it is "unlocked" though. can find in J. but it is Bard exclusive. so non-bards should have to pick from F10 which is bugged?! weird.
also any class can do /allsong or /light so idk why only Bard would receive their tutorial on that.
also if curious have the sheet too

indeed as Sahphyr just said: plenty skins are plain broken. as for sunflower, it doesnt even exist for Bard. Cherry Blossom Illusion Harp on the other hand does exist as per F3 - still good chance the box is broken...
best always check (shift + LMB) if you get any visuals (preview) team west doesnt check KR files, so we just might do be careful ourselfs.
just give screenshots and they cant back out. sometimes they are just confused by the error themself. since they don't play this game either, they can't test things (or dont bother testing). if they can see on your screenshots they might understand the issue.

might try using a VPN or stop using one - normally should fix
another alternative might be to reinstall the game under a different path

you choose training (lv50 char) and to finish it'll prompt you to buy it in F10
other options:- play char until bamboo and use voucher
- delete and recreate char -
The odd part about this weapon illusion imo is its avaible for Bard. so it should be rather new...then again, NC did some fancy things over the years so I wouln't rule out that we might had an event or some F10 box where we could get one.
By name it would reside in BT but that weapon is different.

in addition: finish purple before HM8 quest. Once you unlock talents your training will be locked.

most likely is. then again the map still is confusing. On my first time I ended up under the impression the story quest would lead to Gubong. That's for me to rule out that confusion.
as for NPC behaviour - yeah. slow af.

well, for nostalgic memorabilia you might want to use portal in Jadestone or Zaiwei
archievements...well, I can get behind 25AP one and aside from this I doubt any archievement is either obtainable or worth
item rewards/farming is a topic you can ignore. every dungeon out of F8 won't give loot anymore

CB aint SSP and while bosses got updated I never felt like there was a proper timing they'd appear. One would get an info like 1 or 2 min prior their spawning and thats that.
as for the weekly: Do any but CB. Not relyable and if you are lucky and nobody is around it is a pain to kill them yourself.

yeah, upto 15 free sc braces for 0HM I can totally agree
also I agree that we need like official statements. I just tried to answer with what our community came up with so far,
as for premium: it was purchaseable once per week - no limits. so by NC double standards we still will only get 1 week if any at all. usually patch notes dont bind when did that change?
