nobody knows for sure. as a matter of fact, KR got soulboost according to their dungeon list same we are getting while we are at the next batch of dungeons which came after KR got next soulboost.
why NC wont check I can tell easy: they dont play their game so how would they know?

NC cannot fix anything since original devs left and new ones cannot pick things up. so at this point any fix brings the risk of new issues. since this being monitored ever since bamboo event. ue4 only made issues worse.

as for Chi Flux (wouldn't the game/soul boost hand this to you?)
on level 5 so you probably get it just from logging in (after NC might fix soulboost that is)

said it before, will say it again. ANY soul boost geared person has better gear than when either raid was introduced. main reason not finding a group is the soul fact nobody recruits for them in the first place.
Lack of event rewards = no need to run infinite iterations. Blame NC if you really have to blame anyone but yourself.
as for IA there is revive charms, so same 4 low dps can sacrifice twice (or bring SUM/SF). if you'd think we need rookie 2024 guide for both raids, I'd be puzzled if someone would create them *wink*

a) new (soul boost users) players will cry because they cannot cheese and still have to do some mechanic
[yes, hitting 4 consecutive CCs is hard for 12ppl]
b) IA aint hard. just needs some sacrifice if you really want to skip mechanics[minibosses are tough ikr]
c) Serpent is even more relaxing. only really need learn 50% phase and rest (on soul boost gear)
=> reason ppl won't do them:
RF and EA are main loot an can be archieved easily with least amount of runs/log in rewards.

To those people i say,when the game shut down remember YOU caused new players to quit the game.
new people don't want to listen if you ask simply tasks like step into spot 1o clock and afk dps from range. so yeah, people might consider stop being lazy and start running stuff aka recruiting themself. (but yeah NC messing up soul boost, really a bummer here.)

word has it they intentionally removed keys. my ticket still waiting on reply, but as it seems NC did expect TL to launch by now and didn't make any backup plans for bns all the time

nope, KR even has gifs to use in f2 afaik.
since even @GM Minigusto does not even exist, I doubt any NC empoyee would even bother reading all our disgust for this idiotic change

hmm, with SB gear st1 should be possible. I am aware they usually only bring 2~3 dailies for the counter, but sanctum also exists and 3 dailies should be more than easy to "finish"
deliberatly best advice however is: create a group yourself. many people (me included) don't like recruiting, but rather prefer to join.

wild guess is they fired who ever did not punish NSFW f2. to avoid rehire on that position, NC simply decided to remove that feature.
how can I prove it? got like 30+ tickets where I reported nudity, violence and hate. not one was taken care of nor replied to.

they do have it, but kept swiping on p2w boxes. funny thing remains, we can get "free" pet gems from afk wald but they lowered spawn rate there too

More than happy to "share" my view on things, but I highly doubt whomever you plan on handing the results to would be bothered at all.
PS: any change seems hard since original coders left long ago
