BG Discord did this a long time but even tho there where dozen of reports thoose player got no punishment. Each time they reported someone and still saw this guy ingame it got less and less atractive to report at all rendering the ammount of people who are willing to reports into the single digits and eventually they stoped completly reporting cause why boother.
Everything that got reported should be really really easy to investigate themselve. If they wanted to keep the game cheater free they would ban thoose obvious cheaters without any reports.

First off there has been several known people who got permanent bans but thoose got lifted pretty quickly even tho it was proven they are guilty of what they have been banned for.

If that where true we wouldnt have a single cheater in this game cause i can assure you they get reported more than 3 times. Some got reported even more than 3 times per day but nothing.

Its litterly impossible to get banned in this game. There is only 1 reason i could think of that would lead in a ban which will not be lifted and thats fraud. If you pay ur stuff with stolen credit cards for example. I knew one person. No matter how many accounts he uses he will be perma banned in the matter of 1 day.

There is a reason people dont get a 2nd chance after they did something ban worthy and knowing NCwest they probably only ban if something like fraud happened or if you are not a casher and used really big cheats.
In his case i am pretty sure its not cause of a changing IP-Adresse. I got banned for this too. I logged in from work and i still do for Forums. This lead them to believe someone unknown was on my account. All i had to do was provide them with the email i used to create the account and i got unbanned.

Like ive said please dont think i am toxic its just like this if you dont boother gearing up. I dont mind you doing pvp but if you dont boother getting gear which sadly includes alot of pve then you should stay in arena for a while. You can also farm gear in arena. I also dont get why you wanna improve in a gamemode litterly everyone and their mums one shot you while you cant even do 1% of their health with ur gear.

Well there is a reason for this and its a good one. Its a competetive gamemode and people wanna climp. Now imagine you are the only one who boothered getting pvp gear and do 30 kills but still lose by a far margain cause your whole team has story gear and is one shot against even a normal leftclick of most classes. Or to give another example imagine you play League of legends and there is this one mid laner who feeds the enemy team on purpose. Thats you.

Here we have different oppinion but i can tell you mine is way more liked in the community. Just lock out everyone below a certain gear level. For example Ascendant 9 and full PVP Accesories. To be equipped like this you need maybe 100G or even less.

Do you think we have enough players for such a system that takes gear into account ? We are already queing in a range of 300 rating or something. You can get a full Gold lobby as a Bronze player nowdays. You can also ask to remove 6v6 entirely instead would have the same outcome.

I totally agree and ive written it over and over. PVP Gear should be completly obtainable via pvp since you dont need pvp gear only the way we have it right now. You need like 8 million dmg in a parse to beat eva normal mode which is already 3rd gen pve gear. I dont wanna talk about the ammount of time needed just to have a competetive soul and heart or pet in pvp.

It totally depends on class. Assasin can spam just like sum and fm but Soul fighter, KFM, Destroyer, nearly all classes still need some kind of combo to kill even if the ammount of buttons needed has decreased alot in the past combos are still needed unless you play FM/SIN or Sum.

Thats something i complain about too. FM third, Archer can just shoot through. Their attacks are ranged attacks which veil is supposed to block but no not even a dmg reduction. All they have to do is give tab walk on fm a lil cd and make veil work against range attacks again.

You dont need that much time but still you need way to much time and most of it will be in PVE. The game is not even trying to give you a reason to play pvp so its also unlikely new players will even try to play pvp.

Most people i know who quit left cause they knew even tho they are the 2nd best or 3rd best of their class or sometimes even the best of their class they have no chance to reach the top spots cause on last day there is this one guy who wintrades his chars above yours. It dosent matter if you have 2300 rating or 1900 he will be above.

I dont want to see that. As i mentioned in another thread. PVP is ducked by alot since SSP got reworked. The income of 6v6 got reduced by 50% and 1v1 by probably 60%. Its so freaking unatractive due to this another decrease in income wouldnt be good for pvp. HM coins are currently the only reason a player goes into pvp and what would you do with hm coins ? either buy Gem powder or etherial vials. Gem powder is cheap af so the ethirials are litterly the only valuable thing you could get.

There is no pay to win in my oppinion everything including F10 can be farmed ingame thx to Hongmoon coins. I do think some limitations should be removed thou for example the limit of Trove keys. If you have 2.400 AP with PVP gear there is no way you get one shot. You might get killed in one combo but not one attack only if its like Divine Strike for example which if you get hit by it its your own fault. My Alt has not even 2.300 ap in pvp and even the biggest whales need 2 - 8 direct hits on me to kill me.
If you only have pve gear of course you die one shot. PVE gear has no defense stats.

If you dont boother with getting gear there is definetly a reason for them to oneshot you. Dont get me wrong i think the whole concept of gear should be removed from 6v6 but thats not gonna happen.

This started in 2018 when people noticed they can wintrade without getting any kind of punishment. I could write a dozen of players who wintrade but i would get banned for this. Since reporting dosent do anything i stopped reporting them around 2019 probably.

UE4 is only supposed to reduce the lag there are no plans to get new players. They are not gonna make it more enjoyable everything thats currently planned is aiming to reduce the ammount of players on the server.
Like the new Accesorie system or the new mythic system comming out.

Your post also says that you got "2 star crits that where actually 3 star crits" when there post is saying that there was 3star crits showing up than were really 2star crits and it was simply a visual bug. Sounds like another attempt at getting keys with no idea, like half the people in faction chat who failed to read it but remembered last trove and were spamming earlier "oh I never got my 100% crit on 40 stacks, where are my free keys? They posted we get 40 free keys"
i got told it was the crit with 1 pink scale which i have gotten.

look at the patchnotes from the maintance last night:
Fix a visual issue with one of the Tropical Treasure Trove 2-star crit appearing as a 3-star crit.
As a token of appreciation for your patronage, a one-time 40 Tropical Treasure Trove Keys will be given to players who received the affected crit.
There where crits that appeared wrong.

ive asked the support already but they are unwilling to answer me properly and sent me a link to the foums.
I am one of thoose that got 2 star crits that where actully 3 star crits but i havent seen my 40 keys. ive asked in faction chat and there seem to be others too.
So how do we get our keys now @Hime support is unwilling to give them.

I dont see anything bad about more chars having the ability to run the content. Since NCsoft is not trying to get new players rather to lose new players the existing players activity would only increase from having more chars with good gear.

Thats the complaint. This whole system with the Brilliant sealing charm exists to make it possible to change your class so there is no reason for locking IA or Uzume. No one has any advantage from changing class only disadvantages.
You lose your Unity, HM level, HM Scrolls, HM skills, Achivements ...........................
The only reason they do not allow IA Ring and Uzume stuff to be send over is to keep the players on the classes they dont like. This way people who decided to play Assasin for example have a huge advantage cause others have no option to also play the strongest classes.

BD has to combo too for 100/0 unless you only talk about 6v6 but even there usually i survive an aerial of them. Booth are combos but the difference between BD and FM is that you can escape the BDs. I dont want wallbang to be removed cause without it Ice FM is useles nowdays but atleast it should be possible to escape it like with any other combo.

Not always possible if the fm stays on range. It will be a waiting game if you dont attack even if the FM hugs the wall.

1 is 2 seconds the other is not against anything but it blocks a lot yeah. Thats definetly not op. Only thing id like to be removed from them is their passive. Compare it to soul fighter who has the same skill. 3 Minutes Cooldown and nearly 2 seconds animation time which will give you a cooldown of 3 minutes without activating the skill if you get stunned in the animation. Also it heals 30% not 50% for assasin while soul fighter heals nothing.

Tab walk to op in my oppinion. Has no cooldown and can heal you 100% health back. If Godmode atleast had a cooldown of 3 Minutes that would be fine but it has 36 seconds or something. Its super hard getting 2 tab escapes down while he has a tab walk without cd that gives him immortality and protection against anything. Most of the time he will have his tabs back cause to low cds.

Not entirely but they are a huge factor. There are several non 3rds that need a serious nerf too. BM untargatable iframe, destroyer red spin, Force Master Wallbang, Warden Blade ward (6v6 only) ............... there is alot. Banning thirds would help alot thou cause fm, assasin are thoose classes destroying the balance the most.

At this point it dosent matter what 1v1 and 3v3 is doing since no one plays them. 3v3 are no players at all i doubt there is a single player gold without wintrade in there. 1v1 is litterly 3 or 5 players wintrading with their 20 accounts. Even if you wanted to play 1v1 you wouldnt come far unless you play like a platin player yourselfe or atleast close. I can only manage with my main class at this point.
Look at the vid i posted there litterly only platin players. The SF is Nagisa Yuki which i encounter in 1380 too.
I think i told you that already but NCwest dosent support this game anymore even less in pvp. i doubt Hime will even listen this thread since its about pvp.
Thirds are definetly one of the biggest issue but do you really think they gonna do something about it after 2 and a half year of unbalanced game without a single decent patch ?

Actully i disagree.
What is the biggest gold source for someone who dosent like running 24/7 pve ? Exactly HM coins and since thoose vials and the gem powder are the best items you can buy with the hm coins i would rather like to see the same thing happen to the vials than what happened to the gem powder.
If not for the wintraders the price of Gem powder wouldnt be as low as 9G - 12G it would be probably like 28G. I imagine the gem powder will increase a bit now since the vials are way more worth but if this continues the vials will be avaible for around the same price as the pet pods.
I dont mind it if everything is obtainable via PVE but since the reworked ssp PVP has no real gold source it decreased way to much. So HM coins are the only thing left.
1 weekly box just like we have with the sacred oil would be nice thou.

If you look into my thread and see the vid. I consider myselfe to be one of the best Warlocks left (its an alt) but i cant even manage 1550. Ok a big factor is that every class ingame counters Warlock expect destroyer and gunner but even so silver should not be a problem for me.
P.S @ Mods we are talking about wintrade the most cause its the most obvious in this game. It dosent need detection tools it just needs 1 player who is not bad in pvp to know at xxxx rating is no que. Guess how they manage to get like 200 rating above the rating you cannot continue since no que.

I cant really understand this. PCs dont stop progressing thats true but they dont progress as fast as they did like 15 years ago. If you had a 9800 GT or whatever highend was back then. it lasted for how long ? 1 year till you couldnt max the games ? Now you buy a high end GPU and you can play on Ultra for several years.
MY GTX 1080 is still capable to run everything on Ultra settings this card is already 5 years old. This was unthinkable 15 years ago.

Have you read the post here ? i know some people who got this service. They dont play anymore but they did get this done. It was back when Soul fighter got released thou so pretty old but i know they can do this. Also can you tell me how Black Desert managed to send over all the players chars to another server when the provider changed ? Is it like magic the Blade and soul team will not be able to ?

There is no such thing cause they would create a copy and not an entirely new character. Different server dosent mean different data.

Actully its possible to not join stuff you clearly have no gear for and still progress pretty good in this game.
You need 1 Million dmg to solo everything expect CC this already needs 3 Million. (DST 7.1 Million) and ive proven times and times how low your actual gear has to be to reach 1 Million DPS. Now divide the minimum you need in the dungeons by 6 and you have the minimum gear for the dungeons. If you cant manage this you should not join the dungeons or you have premades. Its as easy as that.
1 Million/6 is not even 170k.
3 Million/6 is 500k.
7.1 Million/6 is not even 1.2 Million and since this boss is only dependant on ur Burst cause its short af not much gear needed.
