This is the first 124.99E you lost from me. Considering trove is next, add at least another 100E to that mix. Indeed it has 3 star prizes, but one of the 3star crits has no value. A casino will never give you t-shirts as rewards like that 3 star crit! Basically where is my money Support is making fun of fun of me, lying to me, basically treating me like i have aids or something. - They gave me a fake mail, that no one reads - They are lying and sending me to the forums where no one reads nothing. - This after i funneled thousands of Euros into a game run by nasty people that have no business running it. Basically this has turned into a warning thread for people still paying for this B class game. I'm going to delete my 1.8k TT SF. Anyone want the character (3k Gold, 6 PTS, and loads of mats and gear. I`m open to offers. If none i`m fine deleting it. I've never been so disappointing by a game developer. They'll tell you they have no control, bla bla, basically they are making fun of players.

i never complained about odds, i complained and want compensation for the ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ crit and 15 fabrics.. .the value of that crit is literally 15 fabrics because that skin was dogshet and unsellable so ye... if a casino says you can win a Lamborghini and then you get the golden buzzer and it's a renault twingo you are ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ing upset!

Got the same shet 3 star crit.. it's appaling how they treat paying customers. For me the skins have absolutely NO value, this is why they should have paired it with something worth while.. At least let us sell the ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ skins! OR give 2 options, one with 10PTS or something and the other one with skins.. Somehow they chose to shoot half the players in the foot! I opened up a ticket, and got the.. it was not our decision it was the dev team.. and they would not give me any contact person from that team obviously. I invested well over 2000$ into this game.. They just lost me as a customer for not even wanting to fix this "mistake"

Got the same 3 *** crit... and i couldn't believe my eyes... fabrics?! and some useless skins that look like crap on my char?! Imagine buying a Lotto Ticket that says you get a bycicle if you get 1 Star, a bmw, mercedes, vw like for 2 Stars, and a Nissan GTR or Aston martin like for 3 Star.. (attention on the "like") Now you get 3 stars.. you are filled with joy, and you go to the dealership to pick up your 100 000$ Car. You get there... and the car is a Fiat, BUT WAIT... there is more! You also get a leather jacket with the FIAT logo, and some drapes for your apartment. If the people over there would have put their heads together they could have made a dual 3 *** crit. One with outfits etc... and one for people who WANT VALUE! I fail to understand how you don't prefer to please most of the players, just some... Isn't it NCSofts goal to keep paying users paying?! IF so, why on this earth are you targeting specific groups of players (those who want fancy underwear)... What do i know, right?

Exactly... I want a refund of the ncoin as well.. don't care about rolling again.. And like Arohk said, at least if they were sellable .. but noooo.. This kind of error is unacceptable imo, and ppl getting this Crit should at least receive something compensatory...that is of course if they intend those players to ever spend $ for the game ever again.. Which i defenitly won't do if i don't get a 3 *** compensation.

So i think NCSoft should either have a serious talk with the guy which decides what the crit's contain or they are making fun of ppl on purpose. I decided to invest almost 100$ just this trove to get at least 1 3star with something nice! Today i got my wish.. 3star. Upon closer inspection i can see this must be a joke. SKINS?! 300G worth of mats?! https://i.imgur.com/mUn2ZGp.jpg I had 2star crits that had better loot.. so what is the point of 3*** crit's if they contain useless loot. If they think some people value skins more then guilded gems or heck 3 PTS's at least then they should do 2 versions of the 3*** crit when it drops.. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE in my opinion. Sorry.. Maybe i`m missing something, but would you guys be happy with the choice in that screenshot?

Hello, I`m trying to finish the purple quests...right now i`m at the one that says 1 + F grab + Z combo... When i do 1 i first get knee not grab.. and if i get grab and slam the poggle down with Z nothing happens. Any advice? this seams to easy yet it's not working. I don't have any points in F knee! thanks
