No received nc coin

I have buy nc coin since 3 dans with my crédit card and with my PayPal and i receive nothing

 

Support don't respond

 

What are you doing ncsoft ??

if memory serves if this is the 1st time u've charged NC coin there's a delay before ur given the NCcoin but i don't recall how long

I bought NCOIN on Friday, August 4, 2023, it has been 4 days and 9 hours and I still haven't received my NCOIN either. I submitted 4 tickets and they all said "they are investigating". I checked my bank and the NCSOFT charge is there.

Just horrible

You got money back or rip they scammed you game isnt doing very well 😄? 😄
