No Crimson Conqueror on Jan 13th?

Aren't we suppose to get Crimson Conqueror on Jan 13th because we bought 365 day premium membership before Jan 11th?

Only if you bought it between December 7,202. - January 11, 2023.

If you bought it before December 7th you will not get Crimson conqueror.

Then 2 options:

1. They did not send them out yet (Wouldn't be surprising since they are late with that each year xD)

2. They sent them out and you did not get it in which case you should send in a ticket.

 

Either way you should just ticket it and see, if its not sent out they will tell you, and if it was they will fix it. You cant lose in this situation.

I bought 365 premium on January 4th and haven't received the Crimson Conqueror outfit either.. :/
