The bundle question

 

 

Take this bundle for example, having 300 skystealer crystals of each type, considering that you need 17395 crystals of each type to put a skystealer accessory at +20 stage, you would need to buy this bundle 58 times to have enough to upgrade a skystealer accessory to stage +20 from start. I am aware that you can only buy it 3 times per account and that it has more than crystals, this was to make a point that you hopefully understood.  You should put someone that understands the game working on this.

 

 

The pet question

 

 

This pets which can be used in collections to earn substantiable stats, are impossible or nearly impossible to finish without NCoin, and it tends to be achievable only one way and there are not people completing the page just to put the pets on the market, or if there are it's extremely rare. It's not very enjoyable

I do not know why premium membership isn't tradable, it would be very convenient to a free-to-play player to buy from another player, and considering that you can only buy it with NCoin, NCSoft doesn't have much to lose.

Regarding abusers of 3rd party software or things along those lines, you ought to put someone that understands the game working on that, I have put absolute proof on several reports but the abusers are not banned, just putting this here already so there isn't a surprise, when the next patch is released, there will likely be players cheating in the windwalking race and making impossible times. The three time strike thing is nonsense.

Oblivion Fragments and Pet Packs make it very hard to upgrade pet gems, the only people that tend to have upgraded pet gems are people I mentioned just above and people that spend a lot of money in the game.

There are outfits, weapon illusions that have not been released again in any capacity since they were released or in years.

There are items that do not have their respective images in Character Info at least since the release of Chaos Supply Chain instance.

The mythical item upgrade is very bad, putting every piece of gear with rng upgrade by itself is not bad, but we are not playing by Korea's server standards, a simple solution would be to have gold working exactly the same way the Korea's server is, which is multiple times more gold to say the least, or increase the Reinforcement Progress gained when failing to upgrade an item, by several times. Not changing this will keep making more players quit.

PvP gear, in the sense of defence, is useless. One character with story gear can kill one with fully upgraded PvP gear in seconds. I have tested this.

 

 

 

The change to the Solar Energy exchange tab and Premium Membership tab was very good, there are just a few points are missing in my opinion:

Can't use any of the materiais from Serpent's Den raid in the Solar Energy exchange tab.

All the PvP soul shields in the Premium Membership tab were removed, it would be nice to have some PvP soul shield sets there.

I think it would be nice to add some sort of manual on the game itself with information so newer players so they can have a clue on what to do regarding gear and other aspects in the game, gear and systems in the game have changed as more patches come so I think it would be good to add this, something like https://bladeandsoul.fandom.com/wiki/Blade_%26_Soul_Wiki. But in the game basically.

Since there will be new accessories soon, I want to suggest decreasing the amount of crystals, fusion stones and gold needed to upgrade Skystealer accessories, since those will be two tiers behind, also I would like to suggest to put the Starcross accessories upgrade the same way it is currently with Skystealer accesories, with 100% upgrade chance, as the new ones are released, since Starcross accessories will be one tier behind.

The Skystealer Crystal bundle is so much of a joke that it is practically a insult to the intelligence of all players. Whoever came up with it should be relieved of all duties at NCSoft. I can get that many crystals in THREE DAYS and the gold it comes with in even less.
