RyuEx Posted February 22, 2022 Share Posted February 22, 2022 I was able to play it before, however when I try to open it today, it sends me to a black screen and just gets stuck there. Is there anyone that has experience this before and fixed it? I updated my graphic driver, restarted my computer and spent 1-2 hours reinstalling it back and still black screen. I contacted support but after several analyzes they asked me to do, I gave up, a game shouldn't do that. However, I can tell you that the problem is random. Personally, by restarting the pc, the games finally open sometimes after 1 restart, sometimes 7. kek If by some miracle the support finds a solution, can you come and let us know? thank you ! I contacted support a day ago, I done all the steps the support asked me to do which helped me fix the game. To be honest, I have no idea what I did which means I cannot help other people. I am sorry for that. The only solution from me is to contact support and do the steps, otherwise I can't do much lol.
