Dungeon drops in easy mode

In certain occasions Dungeons drop absolutely Nothing, Nada, Zero

i want to believe this is not intended and its an error due the new loot table for Easy mode.

We are have the same problem, sometimes just nothing drops, can't imagine it is correct. And the red accessory chests we haven't seen anymore in a long time
