piercing and accuracy are useless stats for PvE? is it correct?

piercing and accuracy are useless stats for PvE? is it correct? because i dont really see  the damage difference against the dummies or mobs ,  if so, i need to remove stones from unity system, and i have to avoid not to take gears with those stats

You always need around 125-130% accuracy for PVE. If you have it too low your CC's and generally hits will miss a lot against monsters and bosses in dungeons.

Piercing is for PVP.

The only stones worth aiming for in Unity is Boss Attack Power if you ask me. Piercing and accuracy you get from different gear.
