Trasmute window consume ingredients but not give in return the recipe's product

Hello, this evening I find this problem trasmuting element. The windows once started the process show only a black popup like this

Not all the things in the transmute window give you a guaranteed item, and they consume most materials used, for example premium stone, outfit puches etc, they consume a part of the mjaterials needed to make it and the success rate is somewhat 30-40%

I'm sorry, I don't know how post images on this forum. The bug happen when i try to trasmute simple element to upgrade my weapon... I already know there are some item that not grant the success of the recipe every time: is not my case.

This is the black pop up. Lose the ingredient but don't have the element package in return. I have not tried again since that time, when I need more elements I will do a further check.
