Jadestone Village Second Return

If this has been asked before then please pardon me. I want to know when the second time you return to Jadestone Village is. I remember the first time you go there it is all sunny, bright, and wonderful, but at some point, I remember it becoming gloomy during the storyline. I just can't remember if that was after Songshu Isle, Sentinel Coast, the return to Bamboo Village, or if it happened much sooner or later. If someone can let me know exactly when that took place in the storyline that would be appreciated.

 

Oh and I forgot to mention I don't have access to the game currently. Nevermind watched a video and it seems to be after you are done at Dragonscale before Songshu Isle.

this should be Act I Chapter 19: Unearthed Plot, this it at the point of the story line before you going enter Songhu Island and not much after the Test of the Eight (Masters)
