Moyun BT boss 3, dream ping?

There something i always wanted to know is why exactly in that entire game, the only moment we can play our class is at moyun boss 3 BT, what soo special about this room? why only there? It's simple any time of the day i am at that specific boss at BT game is smooth im more fast it's a total different game at this boss, so what going on there? is it cause of mech/room/boss? can we just transform every boss/monster into a moyun or copy the moyun room for every boss/raid of this game

probably because the bosses don't spam any effects, their models don't move too much with animation anything excessive, they don't summon any adds and the area is spacious and both bosses are far away from eachother?
