How to get Warden + Newsletter awards

You get the in-game items by going to My account -> Apply a code -> click on the Blade & Soul tab under Unused Serial Codes -> click apply next to the codes

 

Previous message: I just went through one of the threads and saw that the newsletters are currently being distributed. I'm guessing that I (and everyone else) will get the newsletter with the code for the Wandering Swordsman Pack by the end of the day?

May an admin please respond to clean up the issue that's currently going on?

Hello, the Wandering Swordsman Pack has been delivered to all those who registered. All you need to do to redeem the pack is go to your Account Management page (with the account you registered with) and apply the code. If you do not see a code to apply and you did register for the pack, please contact our Customer Support. They will look into the issue.

 

In regards to free 7-day Premium Membership for being a newsletter subscriber, we are still working on making those deliveries.

Same, nothing so far. Is it supposed to come through email? I've checked spam and everything and got nada.

 

I knew I should've screencapped the "You've been Registered!" screen when I did it....
