Stular Posted September 12, 2018 Share Posted September 12, 2018 You get the in-game items by going to My account -> Apply a code -> click on the Blade & Soul tab under Unused Serial Codes -> click apply next to the codes Previous message: I just went through one of the threads and saw that the newsletters are currently being distributed. I'm guessing that I (and everyone else) will get the newsletter with the code for the Wandering Swordsman Pack by the end of the day? All you need to do to redeem the pack is go to your Account Management page (with the account you registered with) and apply the code. If you do not see a code to apply and you did register for the pack, please contact our Customer Support. They will look into the issue.
