Summoner Ultimate Skill casting

Summoner Ultimate skill G, description says casting time instant. However the entire animation takes around 5 sec and also during the animation the skill can be cancelled by cc ing.

It doesn't make sense at all. While the other classes got like insta cast that ACTUALLY insta cast the skill and some also get iframe along with casting. It;s even difficult to use in PVE as well. Boss moves within 5 sec, or boss does an CC skill. It's ridiculous.

This isn't a bug, "instant cast" is referring the time it takes to cast the skill, not the skill animation. It's just like any other class's ultimate, from Gunslinger's Sniper Stance to Warlock's Enthrall. Just because it's "instant cast" doesn't mean there's no skill animation. Even certain normal skills will have animations which require animation cancelling for max efficiency.

Normal skills are different. While most of the classes has immediate cast/iframe while casting. Why do 5 sec animation? I mean it would have made sense if animation was 2-3 sec. But 5 sec looks like deal breaker.
