Still Spiking Lag Latency Random Long Ping Spiks no support

I still can't figure out why I'm still spiking. Support doesn't know why either. I don't know if it has to do with a Windows 10 update or these trash servers. I play black desert too and I don't have this issue, or in my other online games. I started spiking after TT was released.

I sent them a ticket as well. I keep seeing ping go up to over 2,5k every few seconds. Same happened with the previous maintenance and the one before it. It's far fetched to say that it's from the network as it can't possibly not lag before servers go down and lag when they come up consistently for weeks.
