enchanting temptress mask drop location ?

bns saying its bloodshade harbor
but every site i come across mentions it being in  nightshade 
and no one has ever seen it drop or anyone with it someone plz gimme some confirmation i opened a support ticket but they were less helpful than the google sites.... only thing they could tell me was 

We have reviewed your report and are not aware of any issue with the drop rate of the Enchanting Temptress Mask. By design, some items will drop on a random basis and some of them, including this one, have a much lower chance to appear than others.

not telling me where it dropped from... over 200 kills in nightshade so far no sign of it  dont want to spend 4 months farming it to find out its not even there

It drops from the twins, Cobalt Widow and Scarlet Widow (more specifically, Scarlet Widow), in Bloodshade Harbor. It's an opened-area, so simply walk in and make your way to the two bosses. 

I hope you have loads of movies ready as you wait for them to spawn & respawn XD
